Forgetting your password is easily done, not to worry I'll be happy to help you with this :)

Please follow these steps:

1) Click 'Sign In' then choose the option 'Forgot Password'.

2) Enter the email address linked to your member account. If you do not know this please try with any email addresses you have access to and you will receive a password reset email. If you do not see this in your inbox please check your junk / spam folder to locate the password reset email.

3) If you still haven't received the email, please contact us through our contact form from the address that you used to register with us, making a note of the issue in the email and including your full name.

We can reset your password but we need to check that your details match the account. We do this to protect our members data. Once your account details are verified, we can then process your request.
