To earn cashback at qualifying stores, you must ensure that the Ode card is topped up with funds. Then, simply shop at a qualifying retailer to earn up to 12% cashback.

The cashback you earn will be automatically credited to your account, and it will take to 5-7 days for your cashback purchases to be processed. The only exception is Sainsbury's. Due to their calculation cashback process, it can often take 3-5 weeks for cashback to be credited.

We will always credit your account as soon as we are informed of any cashback earned – where possible. Once cashback has been credited to your account, it will be added to your available balance.
